We are delighted to announce Broadland Council’s Planning Committee has unanimously approved the outline planning application for our proposal to construct up to 40 new homes east of Aylsham Road, Buxton. The site’s allocation within the Greater Norwich Local Plan underscores its suitability for this development.
Our proposal will deliver a balanced housing stock, including a significant contribution of 33% affordable housing, and help to address the shortfall in housing supply. Furthermore, the development will incorporate green infrastructure, featuring public open spaces, a link to the Bure Valley Railway and walking routes all enhancing the community’s quality of life.
