Andrew Wooltorton

Andrew is passionate about good placemaking and delivering high quality developments that respond to the environment, local needs and circumstances. He holds over 25 years’ experience working within the development industry in the UK, securing land and delivering projects for both short term and strategic context. When not at work Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, live rock music and travelling to interesting places.

Ros Howe

Ros is a well-practised project manager with over 20 years of highways design experience. Her extensive knowledge base and flexibility has continued into the promotion of land development. Ros also has technical skills in the management of specialised consultants and reporting during the planning process, providing truly integrated control of project spend from quotation, through invoicing to financial close.

Dan Watts

Dan brings quantity surveying and commercial management experience, having worked on large scale civil engineering and residential schemes. He is involved in site identification, including locating, appraising and progressing development sites through the promotion process while maintaining good relationships with landowners, agents and consultants. He is always available for a coffee and a chat about all things land.

James Shreeve

James is a land, GIS and planning professional with vast experience in residential, highways, county and district level councils. He specialises in GIS, site assessments, site finding, analysing constraints and his understanding of UK spatial data is unrivalled. He supports the team in regard to data, plans, maps, analysis and constraints. What James doesn’t know about GIS, spatial data and maps isn’t worth knowing!
